Steve Otterbeck, a New York man, has been charged with driving under the influence after crashing a U-Haul truck into a car in Wilton.
The incident occurred on Ridgefield Road last Wednesday.
When police stopped Otterbeck, they found alcohol containers inside the truck. He refused to take field sobriety tests and was subsequently arrested.
Otterbeck is scheduled to appear in court later this month to face the charges.
