Two Newburgh men have been sentenced to prison for the 2019 murder of a woman in New Windsor.
Cornelius Stubbs will spend life in prison for the shooting of college student Chelsea Debidin.
His co-defendant, Carlos Rivera, was sentenced to 30 years
