News 12's Alexa Farrell was the emcee Thursday night at Inspirica's Spring Soiree at the Village, at an event to raise money to help the homeless.
Organizers say Inspirica operates shelters, transitional housing and permanent housing for those in need in Fairfield County.
"We want to make sure that we place them in stable and safe housing. I'm a huge advocate for affordable housing not only in Stamford but in Fairfield County," said Denise Durham Williams, CEO of Inspirica.
Inspirica also provides support services, youth services, education and employment training for adults and children in lower Fairfield County.
