Bronx residents react to the verdict of the criminal case involving two former executives of the Gloria Wise Boys and Girls Club.
The former Executive Director, Charles Rosen and deputy director, accused of stealing more than $1 million from the community boys and girls club will not go to jail. In a plea bargain with the state attorney general, the two men will pay close to $40,000. Both men have been accused of using the money for personal purchases and allegedly loaning a substantial portion of it to the liberal radio station, Air America Radio.
Residents say this sets a bad example for everyone.
