A Greenwich-based non-profit group gave a helping hand to those in need today. 
Neighbor to Neighbor distributed more than 400 donated turkeys to local families. 
Organizers say the turkeys were donated by Kings Food Market, St. Michael's Church and the Connecticut Food Bank. 
They say it's important to think of others throughout the year.
