The Facebook page “Spray Pro Finish Solution” also posted video showing flooding in Norwalk, where a street in South Norwalk was nearly disappearing under floodwaters.
Norwalk police said on Facebook that they had received numerous calls about flooding in the city.
They reminded drivers that if they see standing water or moving water, they should not drive through it.
News 12 Connecticut also heard reports of flooding at Norwalk Hospital, which is surprising because the hospital sits on higher ground.
