The Norwalk Public Library is seeing a dramatic increase in circulation as the economy drifts close to recession.
Residents unwilling to shell out the money at Blockbuster and Barnes and Noble are skimming the shelves of the library. The business is breathing new life into the library.
"It's great," says Judith Rivas. "We get so many young people. Teenagers all the way up to college kids and young professionals. They really brought this place to life - very exciting."
