A 31-year-old man is under arrest in Norwalk, accused of sexually assaulting a child.
Modesto Velazquez faces a list of charges, including sexual assault and risk of injury to a child.

The child's mother called police after her child told her about the incidents.
Valazquez appeared in court Tuesday morning and did not make bail.
