It was an emotional day for a Norwalk man who got a chance to meet the first responders who saved his life.
Todd Boe went into cardiac arrest while at a family dinner in July.
A police officer was just a minute away and started CPR.
Norwalk fire arrived next and continued life saving measures, followed by Norwalk Hospital EMS, who got Boe to doctors quickly.
“I'm incredibly fortunate,” said Boe. “And you know, statistics were not in my favor and I'm lucky I had these guys.”
Boe had to have a pacemaker implanted in his chest, and has made a full recovery.
