Norwalk Mayor Harry Rilling says the public should stay off the roadways for as long as they can so public works crews can clear the roadways.
Mayor Rilling says his crews are reporting that Norwalk has 4-6 inches of snow on the ground already.
Mayor Rilling says Norwalk officials have suspended COVID-19 testing at Veterans Park today due to the snowstorm and that testing will resume tomorrow. He also says unlike many other public works departments across the state, Norwalk is fully staffed and did not face issues related to COVID-19.
