A Norwalk police officer is charged with reckless endangerment after two high-powered guns were stolen from his car.
Officer Edgar Gonzalez was charged and released on a promise to appear in court. A loaded automatic rifle and a rapid-fire tactical shotgun were taken from his car outside his home in Stamford over the weekend.
