Police in Norwalk are cracking down on motorists who use their cell phone while driving. So far this week, 20 drivers were caught chatting on their cell phones without a hands free device, which is illegal in Connecticut. Norwalk police say they are trying hard to enforce the law and want to educate the public on the dangers of driving and talking. Police say many of the offenders they cited told them it's a hard habit to break. Police say they are not going out of their way to catch the cell phone offenders, but anyone caught will be issued a $100 ticket.
