Norwalk police increase patrols through Thanksgiving holiday
Norwalk police say they are adding extra patrols throughout the Thanksgiving holiday.
Police say they expect South Norwalk to be busy because of all the restaurants and bars there.
They urge drivers to be careful, and to not drink and drive. Authorities also ask drivers to wear their seatbelts and park in well-lit, safe areas.
Police also remind pedestrians to be careful crossing the road, and caution drivers to watch out for people as they make their way through crowded areas.
