Norwalk PD: Shots fired outside Colonial Village apartments; no injuries or arrests

Officers responded to the 100 block of Suncrest Road off Scriber Avenue around 6:30 p.m., finding several shell casings and property damage.

Police say no one was injured early Sunday evening when shots were fired in Norwalk.
Officers responded to the 100 block of Suncrest Road off Scriber Avenue around 6:30 p.m., finding several shell casings and property damage.
More than a dozen evidence markers were seen on the ground outside of one of the Colonial Village apartments.
The Detective Bureau is in charge of the investigation.
Norwalk police are asking anyone with information about the shooting to call Detective Sura at 203-854-3039 or the tip line at 203-854-3111. Tips can also be sent to the department’s website or by texting TIP411 and typing NORWALKPD, followed by the message.
