Police in Norwalk say a series of texts and tips led to a three-month long investigation that ended with two suspected drug dealers behind bars.
According to police, Christopher Macdow and Scott Kostrna were both arrested at a house on Charcoal Road.
Police say officers found over a half a pound each of cocaine and marijuana.
Police also found a bullet proof vest, which neither man is allowed to own because each is a convicted felon.
