It was the end of the road this weekend for a great team from Norwalk.
The Norwalk Babe Ruth World Series team lost in the championship game Saturday.
The team from Portland, Oregon walked away with the crown with a 6-4 victory in Jamestown, New York. The teams were made up of athletes ages 13-15.
Congratulations are still in order for Norwalk, who had a great run to make the World Series and come just a few runs from a championship.
