The National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) has released its final report on a plane crash in Farmington that claimed the lives of four people.
The tragic incident occurred on Sept. 2, 2021, when a Cessna plane departed from Robertson Airfield, ultimately colliding with the Trumpf building in Farmington.
According to the NTSB's investigation, the crash was likely the result of the pilot inadvertently leaving the parking brake engaged.
His oversight hindered the aircraft's ability to achieve the necessary lift for takeoff.
Tragically, the crash claimed the lives of two pilots and two passengers.
