A state prosecutor has determined four Bridgeport police officers were justified in a fatal shooting nearly two years ago.
Carnell Williams, 23, was shot five times in November 2013 when he pointed a gun at undercover officers.
Investigators say Williams raised the gun as police tried to arrest him during a weapons sting.
The prosecutor ruled that police were justified because Williams threatened their safety.
