The City of Stamford is honoring several police officers for their quick work in catching three suspects arrested in connection with a murder.
Mayor David Martin commended the officers for their actions last week.
Those officers are credited with quickly tracking down the car with the three men accused of opening fire in Lione Park, killing 43-year-old Maxine Gooden.
Martin says the officers took the suspects into custody just 10 minutes after the shooting happened.
