Two separate crashes happened on Interstate 95 South in Westport on Tuesday, according to authorities.
The first crash involved a tractor-trailer. Officials say it happened between exits 17 and 18 around 3:15 p.m. No other vehicle was involved in this crash.
Fire officials said a box truck overturned in a construction zone between exits 17 and 16 just after 5 p.m. They say the two people inside the box truck managed to get themselves out and didn’t have any life-threatening injuries.
