A Norwalk man accused in a stabbing at a school basketball court is now under house arrest, with GPS monitoring.
Tyllis Gay made his first court appearance Friday.
Gay and Dior Sebastian Bell are accused of an unprovoked attack on teens playing basketball outside Naramake Elementary School.
Police say Gay punched one player while Bell stabbed another.
The stabbing victim suffered life-threatening injuries.
Bell remains in custody.
