Officials: Sanding truck flips in Monroe; no injuries reported

Officials say the occupants were able to get themselves and were treated by Monroe EMS.

A sanding truck flipped onto its side in Monroe early Sunday morning.
Firefighters responded to Monroe Turnpike near Purdy Hill Road at 2:15 a.m. after the privately owned vehicle rolled over.
Officials say the occupants were able to get themselves and were treated by Monroe EMS.
The road was closed for a short time while crews cleaned up fluids and sand that had spilled.
