Officials: Watertown woman accused of larceny, health insurance fraud
Officials say a Watertown woman is accused of fraudulently billing the state's Medicaid program for treatment time that patients did not receive and using provider numbers of former employees.
They say the owner of Therapy Unlimited, 55-year-old Catherine Risigo-Wickline, instructed her employees to bill patients for 10 15-minute treatments regardless of the time they actually spent with the patient.
Risigo-Wickline would then submit the claims for reimbursements from Medicaid for more time.

Officials say she received over $1.9 million through this.
She's being charged with first-degree larceny, one count of health insurance fraud and third-degree identity theft.
