Out-of-state utility crews assisted Eversource workers to restore power to customers across western Connecticut over the weekend.

Some came from as far as Canada, working nonstop as strong winds continued to cause damage to the region.

As of Sunday evening, crews restored power to more than 170,00 customers since the storm began Friday. They say most of the remaining outages are in Greenwich.
