The owners of Tino's nightclub say they had nothing to do with a shooting early Sunday morning as people were leaving bars and clubs in the area.
The owners say they are being unfairly associated with violence.
Police confirm the incident did not start in Tino's, but Oscar Moreno says sometimes public perception can outweigh reality.
Tino's is currently closed. The owners say they plan to reopen soon, but want to make sure people feel safe going there.
Police say the man responsible for the shooting was arrested and that the five people who were shot are expected to be OK.
