Morning light rain dries out ahead of a sunny Saturday afternoon with temperatures in the 70s.
There will be some lingering light showers for parts of the overnight and the first half of Saturday. They will also be scattered in nature with plenty of drier periods.
Conditions dry for the second half of Saturday and into Sunday.
Next week begins on the dry side but rain chances return for early mid-week and continue into the later parts of the week.
Cooler days are done, temperature wise as the 70s return for Saturday and cruise to the mid- to upper-70s for Sunday and beyond.
Mother's Day will consist of warm temperatures, dry conditions and plenty of sun.
FORECAST
OVERNIGHT: Temperatures stay cool, and things feel damp. On and off light showers are possible. Dry periods will be accompanied by rain.
SATURDAY: Temperatures soar into the 70s. Morning raindrops taper and the second half of the day will feature sun and clouds.
SUNDAY -- MOTHER'S DAY: Highs are even warmer, in the mid- to upper-70s with plenty of sun.
MONDAY: Staying dry and warm. Temperatures stay in the 70s with a mix of sun and clouds.
REST OF THE WEEK: Temperatures stay in the 70s. Temperatures in the low-70s are the normal but it will be a little bit above average temperature wise. Rain chances return for Tuesday and continue into the middle parts of the work and school week.
