The 31st annual Polar Bear Plunge returned to Seaside Heights Saturday to raise millions of dollars for the Special Olympics.
More than 7,500 brave people of all ages participated. It's the largest annual Special Olympics fundraiser in the state of New Jersey.
The event raised nearly $2.5 million to add to the $40 million already raised in its three decades of history.
