Police: 1 dead, 1 injured in car crash that shut down Old Town Road
Police say the driver was a 69-year-old man driving a silver Toyota on Quarry Road near Old Town Road when it collided head-on with the bridge abutment.

5h agoOne man is dead and another is seriously injured following a single-car crash that shut down Old Town Road in Trumbull Monday.
Police say the driver was a 69-year-old man driving a silver Toyota on Quarry Road near Old Town Road when it collided head-on with the bridge abutment.
They say the driver and his 62-year-old wife were taken to St. Vincent's Hospital. The woman sustained serious injuries, but the man died, police say.
The road has since reopened.
