Police say it happened near East Main Street near the Walmart just before 10 p.m..
The man on the motorcycle hit the Jeep as it was turning.
The motorcyclist was wearing a helmet when the accident occurred.
He was awake after the wreck, but then died at the hospital.
Police say the man driving the Jeep cooperated and was not impaired.
