Police in Trumbull have arrested a 10-year-old and an 11-year-old for allegedly taking a car on a joyride in town.

Police said the car attempted to flee by driving into a parking lot, but officers were able to stop the car.
Police said the driver was an 11-year-old boy from town. They said his 10-year-old friend was in the passenger seat. The two boys took the car from a family member's home, according to police.
