Police: 2 men arrested in connection to possible car theft ring

Police say a fraudulent purchase of a vehicle at a Honda dealership in Watertown could be connected to a car theft ring.

Police say a fraudulent purchase of a vehicle at a Honda dealership in Watertown could be connected to a car theft ring.
Watertown police arrested Willie Samuel Balda-Yaquez, of New Haven, and Ruben Martinez, of Wethersfield, Friday at the dealership.
Police say the duo gave false names.
When police did a search, they discovered several IDs from different states.

An investigation revealed the suspects were connected to 130 stolen vehicles from New Jersey.
