Police: 2 New York man arrested in connection to Super 8 motel shooting

Police say 59-year-old Angel Samaniego was found Monday morning with gunshot wound. Officials have ruled his death as a homicide.

Two New York men have been arrested in connection the killing of a Stamford man at a Super 8 Motel in Stamford.
Police say 59-year-old Angel Samaniego was found Monday morning with gunshot wound. Officials have ruled his death as a homicide.
Moises Alejadro Candollo-Urbaneja, 22, and Gregory Marlyn Galindez-Trias, 24, were taken into custody by local law enforcement in Rensselaer, New York.
Samaniego's personal belongings were found in their possession, authorities say.
The suspects were arrested and are being held on a $2 million bond for having stolen property in New York and on a warrant from Stamford police for larceny for the theft of Samaniego's vehicle following the homicide, authorities say.
