A driver is accused of killing two people while under the influence in Stonington.
News 12 is told an 88-year-old man and a 78-year-old woman were fatally struck by a car while walking across Route 27 at Rossie Pentway Saturday night.
The names of the victims and the suspect have not been released yet.
Police are still investigating.
