Police: 3 men arrested after drugs, guns found in car

<p>Officials say three men were arrested after being found with drugs and several guns Thursday night on Bouton Street in Norwalk. Police officers say they were patrolling the neighborhood smelt marijuana coming from the suspects' car. They say the car then drove away, which led to a police chase.
