Police arrest 2 men in assault on Bridgeport bar owner, security guard

Two men have been arrested in an attack on a Bridgeport bar owner and security guard.
Police say they were called Wednesday night to Rum and Tequilla Bar on State Street for a reported disturbance involving a gun.
Officers say they found a many physically restraining another person on the ground. He had a gun on him that was turned over to police. Another person was holding down another man.
Both men were taken into custody. Police say they later learned the two men had been acting up in the bar and were approached to leave by the owner and security officer, which spurred a fight.
