Police have arrested the man they say was involved in a domestic incident Sunday.

Anthony Sliney is charged with disorderly conduct, assault, strangulation and threatening.

Police say he was found walking between Walnut Beach and his residence near Monroe Street Monday.

Police say through tracking interactions on his cellphone they determined he was near Silver Sands Park around 1 p.m. Monday, causing the park to be shut down for an extensive search. It was later reopened.
