Police spent all night searching an area off Route 53 for a missing Weston couple.
Officers blocked off the road as part of their search.
Jeffrey and Jeannette Navin from Easton have been missing since early August.
Their son Kyle has been a person of interest in this case.
He told police that he last saw his mother on Aug. 11 when he picked her up at a commuter parking lot at exit 42 on the Merritt Parkway, the place where the couple's truck was found two days earlier.
Kyle Navin has not been charged in this case but his home in Bridgeport was searched last month.
He pleaded not guilty to a gun charge in federal court.
