Police in Orange say a Bridgeport woman is free on bond today after being arrested for driving under the influence and with a flat tire.
Police say the driver, 38-year-old Irma Martinez, also did not have headlights on.
They say it happened on the Boston Post Road on Aug. 12.
Police say Martinez was arrested following roadside sobriety tests.
