Bullet holes discovered at the state Capitol building Tuesday were related to shootings in Southington, according to state Capitol Police.
They say their investigation found the bullet holes happened Sunday and were directly related to the shootings in Southington, which also happened Sunday.
A suspect is in custody.
The incident appears to be isolated, police say.
