Norwalk police arrested a man who allegedly broke into a Devon Avenue home and tied up a teenager Thursday morning.
The suspect's name has not been released.
Police stormed 20 Devon Ave. following a 911 call from the teen's father. The home had been broken into a month earlier, and the worried father called police when he was unable to contact the teenager at home.
Authorities say the suspect fled the scene when they arrived, but he was unable to outrun the department's K9 unit. He allegedly had items from the house on him when he was caught.
