A young child is seriously injured after falling from a cliff in Vernon Saturday, police say.

A young child is seriously injured after falling from a cliff in Vernon Saturday, police say.
The incident happened just before 12 p.m. near Washington Street and Brookview Drive.
The child was walking on a trail with an adult and other children.
First responders transported the victim to the hospital.
