Stamford police have arrested a father after he allegedly admitted to biting his 6-week-old daughter.
Police say Felipe Deaquino, 18, bit his daughter to get her to stop crying.
The father is charged with two counts of assault.
Officials say they are also investigating whether a burn on the baby's hand was caused by a cigarette.
