Police say a homeless man robbed an elderly woman who was sitting on her porch in Bridgeport.
The incident happened Oct. 13 in the Hollow section, according to police.
Norberto Santiago was arrested. He admits the woman gave him money for food the day before he robbed her.
Police say Santiago was living in a vacant home nearby and is known for illegal activity.
