Stratford police hosted a K-9 meet and greet for people at the Riverview Bistro.
The event is held annually. The department's three dogs Logan, Hex and Rebel showed off their skills.
Attendees could also participate in raffles, go into a firetruck and get their face painted.
Proceeds benefit the K-9 unit and Stratford PAL.
Officers say it's important to show people how K-9s are trained and that they are not aggressive.
