Westport police have issued a wanted poster in connection with the murder of a jeweler that is now in many businesses across the region.

The poster was released late yesterday, nearly a week after Yekutiel Zeevi, 65, was shot to death during a robbery.

It happened at his store YZ Jewelers, just off of Post Road East.

Another man was critically wounded.

They say the suspect took off from Westport and now the search stretchesthroughout the tri-state area and beyond.

One local jeweler says he hopes this wanted poster will help catch the alleged killer.
