A Canaan man made suggestive statements about shooting and killing inside a Norwalk DMV, police say.

A Canaan man made suggestive statements about shooting and killing inside a Norwalk DMV, police say.
Gregory Plaia walked into the Norwalk DMV Thursday and told an employee that "today seems like a good day to shoot to kill" and also suggested that he would come back another time, police say.
The employee contacted state police immediately after Plaia left.
 
Plaia, 55, was arrested and charged with breach of peace in the second degree and threatening in the second degree.
He was later released after posting $10,000 bond.
