Police arrested a Norwalk man accused of sexually abusing a teenager in West Haven.

Josue Granados is accused of inappropriately touching and soliciting sex from a 17-year-old girl after seeing her struggling to open her locked apartment.

Police said he offered to take her to Home Depot in Orange to get a tool to help open the door.

While in the car, authorities said Granados made unwanted sexual advances and exposed himself. The teen got away after they arrived at the store.

Granados was arraigned in court on Wednesday, according to police.
