Norwalk police are investigating reported assault and possible stabbing. 

Police say three suspects assaulted a Dunkin' Donuts employee Friday afternoon and fled on foot. 

Officers then found the three men behind the shopping center, where one of them was bleeding heavily after apparently being stabbed. 

The man with the apparent stabbing wound was taken to Norwalk Hospital in serious condition. The Dunkin' Donuts employee refused medical attention. 

Police have not yet released any other details surrounding the incident.
