Stamford police want to know who left a suspicious box at the Army Recruiting Center causing a bomb scare.
A staff member at the center on High Ridge Road discovered the package in the mailbox yesterday afternoon.
Police say the bomb squad was called in.
Officials say the box contained miscellaneous items that did not seem to go together, but nothing harmful.
