Police have released an update on the 1-year-old Torrington boy who died in a bathtub.

Investigators have ruled his death a homicide.

It happened at a home on Main Street in June.

Police and state medical examiners say the boy suffered from blunt head injuries and acute alcohol intoxication.

So far, no charges have been filed.
